My heart says Chelski 3-2 in normal time, my head says Chelsea on penalties, but fookin loads of them.

Advice re Banks

I have a mortgage and a current account with the Spanish bank Bankia, who are struggling. The rumours are that they will be part nationalised before they went bust, however as I transferred a reasonable amount of money over a few weeks ago, could anyone tell me what would happen if they went under? Is there a worse case scenario where my debt would be sold on, but I'd lose the money in my current account? I know British Banks are underwritten by the government but don't think this applies abroad.
