Hello Leeds, I was thinking about you this morning, my wife showed me a lot of devastation and floods in Jersey, so I thought of you. Are you ok?
Do you actually live there full time?
I hope your house is ok mate.
Can you tell me or is there an actual definition of a city in the US?
Here you'd have a hamlet (a very few houses or cottages)
then a village
then a town
then a City. (A city is only a city if it has a cathedral!)
I've been reading stuff and it seems that anything bigger than a 'large village' gets called a city.
Is there a rule for this?
Just reading your continuing debate with Deutch about his OTT criticism of SA.
Excellent stuff, thoroughly enjoying the way you put your stuff on a page.
I love a decent argument but don't really have the breadth of knowledge to pick a fight.
So, good stuff, and keep it going.
