My frustration comes from some posters who post their opinions and views, they get challenged (surely the point of a discussion forum) - and they then proceed to say they are being picked on, theres a clique etc..

Mate, you're free to say how you see it, just like I am.

What you call 'being challenged' others may see as being 'picked on' by a 'clique'

It doesn't need six people to challenge one bloke.

Often the same people being dismissive about the feelings of others (like BeaverWolf) in these situations are the same ones getting personally offended when someone moans at a Wolves player on the matchday thread. Pick a lane!

Dont want to divert this thread anymore, so will be my last post on it. But I agree that Beaver (or anyone for that matter) has the right to state their opinion. But throwing an opinion out there, it getting challenged, and then responding with I deserve respect and people gang up on me is a bit off

And he is entitled to air his opinion, nobody has stated otherwise have they?

What people have a right to do is challenge that opinion, or do you think that the number of years supporting a club means you get a pass, automatic respect and to say whatever you like and be agreed with?

Before I leave this alone (I'll let you have the final word if you like), let me make an important distinction.

I'm not saying you can't all pile in on him, or anyone else, do what you like. I'm just saying what that can easily be perceived as (hypocritical bullying, in case you missed it).

At no point would I ever say that meant you weren't Wolves supporters, or that you shouldn't be on the forum. Maybe some of you should extend that courtesy to others
 
Well, that’s enough from me. 2020 started with us in Europe, a quarter final, new record signings and a feeling that we improved the squad yet somehow weakened the team. Let’s hope we get it right over the next 21 league games. A point a game keeps us up !!!!!
 
I think the main posters on this site need to develop a sense of humour & stop looking for perceived slights (being the King of posts is not a good look). I might be guilty of not liking criticism in some respects but I am astounded as to how few of you ever agree with me & why disagreement with me is so condescending - treating me like an interloper who knows nothing. I have just rewatched the highlights & Moutinho was responsible for the penalty & gave away the fairly needless corner that led to the 3rd goal. He marked no one as that corner was taken - maybe his pre-arranged positioning admittedly. For the avoidance of doubt Moutinho cost Wolves 2 points tonight. Should have been 3 points not 1. I do not think that is controversial & worthy of smart-assed comment. ;)
 
Not sure calling out Rui is fair.
He's had a goal from short range where the cross should have been cut out, a penalty and a big deflection.
He ain't made of elastic.

Prawn PQ , me Norman Jinky Johnny 75 seem to be the other group especially after a Johnny lay off! Everyone deserves their opinion. Debate it , that’s fine. However there are times when rudeness, bullying and unnecessary shite gets bandied. I really thought as a pack we were better than that and in 2021 I will try to be

A right to challenge someones opinion does not entail: Did someone kill your cat & snog your wife blah blah blah. That is my experience tonight along with the laughing emojis. I can respond in far worse fashion if need be & with more subtlety. Let us have robust debate without the insults.I accept that supporting Wolves for many years does not make my opinion valid in your eyes (experience is only important if you are Moutinho?) but when I get treated as a precocious child I get annoyed.
