Cracking Story

Bacon roll, custard slice and a coffee no less!!

Meh, I once saw Robert Plant at a football match.

Nah, he’s always there dead early..

I walked past him outside Molineux before a game once. Almost snapped my neck doing a double take.

He used to nip in through the turnstiles near us in BW lower to beat the queues, then casually saunter down the gangway and out and round the pitch to the Steve Bull. Always said hi when you spotted him.

Stood behind him in the queue at the spar shop in Machynlleth, all the while thinking that's Robert fucking plant

Actually saw him in the gents at half time. Didn't get to see the blade of such a legendary swordsman, ho hum.

Regularly see Robert Plant in the Steve Bull before the game. Walked past him the once and said 'Alright Rob' and he did actually put his hand up. Cass asked who it was and you could have fit Traore's thigh in her mouth when I told her. Got to admit I don't get very starstruck.

Come on DW. This is your chance to pen a Pulitzer Prize winning novel. Why a sausage roll? Was it a well known brand? Did it hit anyone? Why not multiple sausage rolls? Was it bad? Did it disintegrate in mid air?
You have a blank canvas to create a whole world for the fans, the stewards, their families, Barnsley FC, the significance of the match - just keep the focus on the sausage roll.

Or not.

Well this sounds like a healthy relationship.

State of the fucking card. A random tilde between "Summer" and "Rae" (and what kind of name is that), then "farthest day" FFS!

None of that smells right to me.

They got father's Day right on the cover but then wrong on the inside. I wouldn't be surprised if this is a bit of marketing masquerading as a news story.

The fathers day on the front will be the design, so already printed. The text in white is what the customer has added to the front. Then inside its all their own work

A) who actually talks like the people do in this "story"
B) who goes to the papers with this kind of "story"
C) brand names dropped in
D) I just don't believe it

No-one actually talks like that, the papers make it up based roughly around whatever they say while their gums are flapping about.

Idiots do actually go to the papers with this, a lot.
