Still raining but the very loud thunder moving into the distance now. As heavy as it was for a while it still felt as though we were only on the edge of that.

You sense as though some areas are going to cop a right load of that later. Wherever that might be would do very well to batten down the hatches.

Only a light sprinkling atm, thunder in the distance but a nice breeze and dropped down to about 22.

Ha yes, my house is right in the middle of that. Feels like it’s moving N.E. now but you know how it is trying work out where the sound of distant thunder is.

Wouldn’t want to be out walking the dog sheltering under a tree or out on a golf course this afternoon that is for sure.

On the other hand, I'm just at the northern end of that big circle over Cambridge, and we haven't had a drop. Lots of thunder since 2 pm though.

I was about to get the barbie back out as the sun was shining again but the rain is bouncing off the road again now.

Still humid by the way, sorry to disappoint those clinging on to the thunder shifting this.
