I was out and didn't see this one, only the goals. Balls.

Disappointing. But I feel the same as the Leeds game. We didn’t deserve anything

I missed the first twenty minutes. From what I saw though we were really poor. No hold up play what so ever, we lost out on pretty much every 50/50. Arsenal seemed hungrier and more confident. We got what we deserved. Feck all.

That hurts and we did deserve something. Saiss marginally offside. Raul dragging his shot wide and heading just wide. Neto had a good chance. Hwang unlucky not to get a second.

I just have absolutely no idea why we think the best tactic is to defend the edge of the box and offer nothing going forwards. All the media, sky, Amazon, the pundits and everyone else get the result they want.

Fucking arseholes.

Well Bruno what will you have to stay about that.

I don’t necessarily agree. Arsenal had all the play but we should’ve been 2 up, hwang then has a good chance and Coady if through when white throws himself to the floor. Yes we rode our luck, but they didn’t really create many clear cut chances.

Frustrating. Never usually get onto a refs back but Christ he was abysmal, for both teams but missed 2 huge decisions for wolves. Coady through and also I’d love to see that elbow again, thought it was a red straight away

Devastating to concede so late, but that wasn't defend and counter, looked better with briefly when it was 1-1 and we started offering a threat again, but didn't really deserve anything for staying too deep when it went to 1-1.

Deserved, purely down to mentality. Took the lead, got imposter syndrome and then completely shit ourselves.

Defended well enough largely, restricted them to few clear cut chances, but ultimately if you let the bang the door for 80 minutes then it's going to get knocked down eventually.

The sad thing is, I think toe-to-toe there's not much between us, but we've turned into Burnley as soon as we took the lead.

All that said, Raul should have made it two early doors and it's a different game

Sometimes you can defend for 80 minutes and have no real attacking threat, but it's painful to watch. Not sure if we have the quality or the pace to play higher up the field. Top teams can do it, but we can't.

What was up with the referee? He seemed to get almost everything wrong.

To be fair we brought very little to the occasion. If I was a neutral I’d have wanted Arsenal to win that. We don’t look like a team that truly believes we should have a seat at the top table and until that mentality changes we will keep passing these opportunities that come our way.

Started well. Then went too defensive too early.

Got to work on beating the press better than that and the front 3 have to keep the ball better. Got to stop this passing ourselves into our own corners then bashing it upfield for Raul to lose. It's a fucking shit tactic.

Hwang was rubbish apart from his goal. Raul should've scored from his first chance. Sa had a bad game tonight.

Pod was very good and we should be getting it to his feet more.

Disappointed to lose to that shower of shit and Martin Atkinson, Kevin Friend and the two twats running the line were fucking terrible. Worst officiating I've seen this season.

RAN MotM, his running and distribution were excellent.

The result was right, Arsenal never gave up pressing at tempo for 80 minutes, we had chances and some dodgy officiating decisions but was tactically nieve to think we could be impervious for that amount of time

Definitely a mentality issue still lingering, we are over-cautious. Balance of play hard to argue, maybe we could've squeaked a point but ugh, that's going to be difficult to bounce back from.

Raul scores and we go 2-0 up probably a very different story. Unfortunately that's about all he did tonight. We gave the ball away far, far too often and more or less everyone was guilty at some point or another.

On the plus side, Neves wasn't booked, so available for Sunday. Beat West Ham and we go above them still with a game in hand - teams around us still have to play each other as well. Europe is still on, don't throw in the towel yet.

We must just love defending, the way we kick the ball out to them and say "here have another go". Bloody horrible game. Oh well, we can get back in our box now.
