That’s not allowed is it? Though I can think of one club we’ve regularly played who try to sneak overage players into the team.
It is and it isn't, oddly it's more biased on players playing down than up.

I've seen plenty of it in different age groups from certain teams.

You keep saying this and it isn't true.
Perhaps you dont think so which is different to being true or false. I dont see any merit in discussing it with you as by using a singular response you obviously dont wish to enter a discussion and have already confirmed your position on the subject, oh and I've said it twice, not as if you're not prone to repeat things on here is it.

Ive had a quick summary read of what O'Driscoll was saying, he's talking about HIA in the professional game, not the headcase initiative which is more aligned to what he was stating. I would be inclined to agree with him that commercial pressure is the basis for making decisions above player welfare.

I also agree with moving the defensive line back 10 (or even 5) it would open up the game, it's been a pet hate of mine for a long time. I would very much doubt that would happen though.

In union? My kids have played for Stafford since age 5 and have never heard of it - a few times we’ve had to have a word with the other coach when our kids have said the other team have an overage player.

You said 'the only way to reduce size'.

Which isn't true.

So you can throw your hissy fit and behave like a toddler or discuss it properly like an adult.

Read all of BO'D's stuff, it's interesting. Headcase was a start and at the time good practise but it's now outdated and hasn't been updated. It is political in some aspects as the RFU thought that putting the truth about head impacts into the public domain would damage participation.

Peter Robinson (who's son died on the pitch) has a lot of information on this. As does Willie Stuart. They're both Scottish and have a different view on Headway. I suspect Wales with their research out of Swansea with mouthguards will come to the same conclusion.

Err I'm not sure who you think you are, but its comments like that and the previous one why I can't take you seriously as a poster.

You also offer up no counter argument to the point about reducing size.

Thank god for the ignore function

I did offer an argument about reducing size.

You've ignored it.

What a win for Fiji!!!

Lets hope they've got enough left in the tank for the Final, what a game

Shame for Fiji but SA had too much to their game, Davids kicking is an excellent weapon in 7's. Think it would have been closer if NZ had got through.

Double disappointment for them as the woman ran in second place too.

Australia 37-39 New Zealand seems to have been a classic. The Aussies take the lead for the first time in the 78th minute (37-34) only to concede a try in the 81st minute to lose. Shame ;)

There have been some superb games in the rugby championship. The first SA v NZ encounter was unbelievable.

Sadface. Remember him as Wales captain. We were dropping away from our zenith but still decent.

Controversial decision as well by the French ref. Who’d a thought.

Watching the replay now. First try of the Wallabies come back was a forward pass anyway.

The final decision looks like bollocks but Foley wasted time ridiculously. Hilarious.

Fact you could see some of his teammates in the background shouting at him to kick it think says it all.

Nothing wrong with the decision if the rest of the referees follow his example in future similar cases as its inaccordance with the rules, but we all know that's not going to happen

Wasps look fairly certain to be going into administration, under league rules if they do then they get automatically relegated. So some are saying could be the end for them in a Rangers sort of way.

As they are Coventry's landlords at the Ricoh dont know how it leaves them, suppose we can look forward to more shenanigans involving SISU, the council and the club over the stadium.

Starting to think that place must be cursed.
