Ex-Wolf Watch

He turns 32 this month. So he was 22/23 when he played for us.

Tough paper rounds in Leith.

Not really. He ended up getting a complete dream move that never looked likely to be on the cards based on what he did for Wolves.

Saunders was being Saunders, but Griffiths wouldn't have got in the team anyway. We'd just paid big money for Sigurdarson and we had SEB (still scored plenty in his final season, in a terrible team) and Doyle (still had a big status and influence despite diminishing returns). No chance we were picking a £100k signing from lower league Scottish football over any of those in a relegation scrap.

And that worked out well. Be a bit braver, he was raw talent in my eyes and giving him a berth could have provided safety. Saying that it would have been a double edged sword, we would have kept Saunders and would have never ripped the team up like Kenny did.

I don't think so. You couldn't have played him and SEB together, SEB was way better.

If SEB had stayed fit we'd probably have stayed up. We had far bigger problems at the other end and with the moron making inexplicable decisions on the touchline.

Wolves definitely didn't fuck Leigh Griffiths over. Gave him a load of rope if anything. He was back in Scotland all the time when he was first choice for us.

Before Jackett I should have said.
His attitude didn't help him did it.

As funny as it was when Twat Saunders had a go at players for eating McDonalds he then used Social media to show himself eating a McDonalds, it really doesn't help.

It's great when he's on your side.

Forget who it was against, but definitely recall him mocking a celebration right in front of the opposition end after scoring a penalty once. Major dick move, but also hilarious.

That was superb shithousery against Port Vale as they had Ex-Albion cunt Lee Hughes playing for them so Griffo mocked his silly dance

Tom Huddlestone to Man Utd on one of those weird 'old player sort of plays for the U21s while coaching them' deals.

Probably still better than Fred...

Can’t be worse than McKinze Gaines, although our Sporting Director keeps referring to him (Byrne) as a defender which I don’t think makes sense for us; we already have a good young RB (Jaylin Lindsey) and a too-old decent one (Harrison Afful).

I don’t know what the heck we need with a 30 year old who also plays RB.
