Leeds 2-1 Wolves: Verdict Thread

He gets absolute pelters normally (mostly justified) but Hwang was pretty good today. Maybe he's not a complete dead loss (I would never pick him when everyone is fit but that showing was very decent for a back up player, which is what he should be)
Yeah this is fair

I was at spurs- saints today (watched us on my phone st same time). Saints are BAD

Nobheads if so. As a single incident it wouldn't but he's had a rough time here and we can only presume he's weighing things up

There are reports that people have seen Wolves fans abusing MGW's family after the game. If true he is 100 percent going to go. Absolute cunts
Must have big balls. I don’t think I’d mess with his Dad.

I was disappointed that the majority of the team and Bruno just walked down the tunnel and didn’t acknowledge the fans.

Yep, when essentially we are courting him after a couple of years of frustration, some of which he's brought on himself, it's not exactly going to help, may even tip hom towards wanting out. I thought he was OK today 6.5/10 performance

Lots of overreacting on here - far too early to slit wrists.

This is nothing new it’s just a rollover from last season and the same old problems, it’s absolutely not a case of new season clean slate.

I thought he was OK. No one in the world would watch that in isolation and value him at £50m though.

Well, 8 prem games without a win...

Not really - I think the perceived context is shaping the reactions - feel there is a fair amount to happen in the next few weeks that will determine our season.
We'll have played half a dozen games by the end of the next few weeks, mainly against sides like Leeds where we should be hopeful of points

The reactions are largely that it's utterly negligent to approach a Premier League fixture with those players available, and we've done that out of our own free will, and we aren't good enough to just happily write off points against a team that will probably finish bottom half.

Imagine we go down by one point. There was one point minimum there for us with just a couple of decent players added to the starting XI and guess what, we'd get to have them for more than one game.

It's less Leeds 2-1 Wolves, it's Leeds 2-1 Fosun.

You’re basing that on hunch reality is we’re well short with the season already started. Yes we may bring some players in but equally we may not. As things are as we sit today things look grim, no win in 8 PL game and insipid in front of goal.
End of last season has to be taken into account virtually the same playing squad not winning.

Charlotte Dan and I were half-watching that on one of the pub's other TVs; we both agreed that we'd rather go home than play a pick up game on the same team as Salisu.

Well we are a total mess. Almost nothing is right with the club at present other than a few talented youngsters hanging around from a few years back, and they will be gone in January.
