The Manager Sacked/Hired Thread 2022/23

Steve Cooper has been appointed at Forest.

Seems mad that any decent manager would want to go there

The odds on Nuno being the first PL manager sacked this season must be very, very short. Can't see the Spurs fans nor board having much patience with performances like this.

Be fascinating to see how they answer the question of who his replacement would be. Nuno was already a last pick for the role after being turned down by something like 9 managers(?) over a 3 month(?) period.

Fingers crossed.

Hope he has a good break then comes back with a team in Europe and has every success (unless he ever plays us)

Hope he loses every game 5-0 and gets sacked next week. The sooner he gets sacked the better. Him failing is a benefit for wolves and that’s all I care about

My Spurs supporting mate told me Klinsman had expressed an interest. No idea if true but he could be a good fit. Spurs fans are desperate for attacking football and they know they won’t get it under Nuno. Spurs generally have a record of playing good football unlike Albion who claim to but have employed the likes of Allardyce, Pulis, Megson, Gould, Robson and Talbot amongst other shithousing managers.

Was 28/1 about a week ago

I was at the spurs game today. That’s as bad as a first half an hour as I’ve seen from a pro team, honestly. So directionless.

I think PK is right - have a proper break. Re-assess and remember what makes him such a good manager. He seems to still be trying to change his “idea” when he was onto a good thing even if it may have had a ceiling. You could not have convinced me 18 months ago he’d be playing a back four and just one holding midfielder.

9/1 on betting odds.com for Nuno to get the boot.
