Norwich know that this is the kind of game they must win if they’re going to have a chance of staying up and I think they’ll really come at us for the first twenty minutes. If we keep them out we should go on and win it but if we concede I fear we’ll head back with nothing.

I hate Norwich and we don’t save our best for them too often. Dean Smith will be looking to continue their recent form and get one over us. Banana skin that it could be I expect us not to lose.

This game is a must-win, due to our horrendous fixtures in December. But if we show some consistency like the West Ham result, who knows ?

I agree. The more points on the board before December rolls around, the better.

I think, if we keep possession of the ball and move them around, we'll win this comfortably - but they have a new manager in charge and have won their last couple of games so will come out quickly and will be full of confidence. I read earlier that we're the best performing team in the league over the last 7 games, so confidence won't be an issue on our side. We're still going under the radar as well, so hopefully we can get another W and keep pushing up that table.

Boly out with a muscle injury. "here we go again" is the quote via Spiers, which without context could be construed like he doesn't trust him.

Marcal back

Marçal was on the bench last week too.

There has to be long term concern about Boly now, he's missed more football than he's played over the last year.

Also having a dig on squad size. 8/9 games in 5 weeks with 16 fit players + goalkeepers

Yep, I felt last season we needed to consider moving on from Boly and looking for his replacement (Mosquera may be that tbh), but as this season has progressed, it's merely confirmed my feelings.
At least kenny isn't about to ban me for this blasphemy!

Also, this really isn't a "must win" game is it? It's a game we certainly would like to win, like so many others, but describing it as "must win" is over egging it somewhat?

If we lose to Man City , Man U , Chelsea , Liverpool and Arsenal ( all quite possible and all coming very soon ) , then it is a must win .

Bruno mentioned an Academy player could be ready to contribute for the first team soon, lots of talk about it being Cundle. Any opinions on the lad?

I like him as a footballer but I think it's going to be another Connor Ronan situation, his size will count against him.

Could also be Chem Campbell but he plays in the areas where we're best stocked.

Cundle is a very tidy footballer. Too strong (technically/tactically) for 23s football now too. Can’t see him being thrown in deep end though

Damn good side the Wolves. Starting to click into place and push on from the marvellous days of Nuno.

Raul, Hwang, Podence, Neves and Moutinho is as tasty as it gets. And it will get better.

Keeping teams occupied in our final third. Like it ....

He might be talking about Dion Sanderson. Recall in Jan to cover Saïss/Boly/Mosquera absence maybe.

Trains are (unsurprisingly) terrible but we are finally on our way to Norwich.

Hopefully we play well and demolish Norwich!
