Maybe so, but in real time I definitely thought it was a penalty. Obviously I was wrong (Moss, too), but you can't blame Moss for Marriner not telling him so.
 
Didn’t think it was a pen live. Thought it clearly hit I’m on the back/side.

I can blame him, he's made an awful decision. Marriner compounds it obviously but if he isn't sure he shouldn't give it and there is no way he could be sure based on where he was in relation to the ball.

Well it would be a bit hypocritical of me to hold it against Moss when I made the same mistake he did, don't you think?

Possibly, if you had the same angle and were paid large amounts of money to make those decisions.
