He's put in the work on the charity side. Seems legitimately reformed.
 
What he did was appalling, but pointless having a prison system if you aren't going to look to reform people. Even in the US where I know punishment is front and centre

Well the Eagles continue shooting themselves in the foot all over this one. Bucs (and the Eagles D) giving them plenty of opportunities but they can't getting anything going on offence.
 
Hurts has been absolutely terrible. There isn't any way he is ready for this stage. You need to be better than a one read and run QB once the playoffs come round.
 
Iggles are gonna be a real threat if they get the draft right. Good foundation in place.

He's the worst type of QB in as much as he's not appalling enough to absolutely have to ditch, but not good enough to be sure he's the one. He wasn't ever supposed to be, but the last prick fell apart because he's well, everyone knowsnwhat I think of him. Are we going to get better in the draft...no, is it worth giving up 3 firsts for Watson or Wilson..
probably no aswell. Just best rolling with him and attempting to build a running team around him and getting prime defensive players in the draft and hope you can win games by putting 24 points up. His leadership is to be commended though

I'd say Hurts has earned next year. If it doesn't work from there, time to move on.
 
Yeah Hurts wasn't good today but his stats are comparable to Mac Jones over the season in many regards, which I mentioned as Hurts is a 2nd round rookie who only started 19 games. So still very early. I am not sure what they saw but they kept rolling and moving Hurts to the left, meaning he was throwing across himself. It seemed designed so can only presume it was a scheme or weakness they had gameplanned.

I get QB is so important, but I'd be looking to build the team, give him a year and then if he still is showing signs of being in QB purgatory then I'd look to true and move up and get a QB.

Gregg Rosenthal had Hurts 14th in his weekly QB index at the end of the year, which at most feels 1 or 2 places too high but easily think he's right in that middle ground of QBs.

That has to be one of the most historically bad calls in NFL history. And then you have a QB paid $40m a year who doesn't actually know the basic rules that an official has to spot the ball? No wonder Mccarthy has been canned. And no way is Dak a viable franchise QB. What a clownshow.
