Not a bellend, but I watched Soccer Saturday, Joleon is a charisma free zone
 
Much as it was horrible when Bowen got his 2nd last night I thought Darke's (??) "Bowen hits the bull's eye" quip was excellent.
 
He keeps calling Boly "Boaly", it irritates me more than you can imagine. It's like a turbo version of Motson's "Drogbaaaar".

He's a boxing commentator and not a good one either.

Roy Keane's beard was back last night which usually indicates he's angry.

Klopp had a meltdown about Keane using the word sloppy. Keane glared and said 'bit sensitive isn't he, Jesus, good job they won' :icon_lol:
 
Patrice Evra, hot on the heels of talking about Zaha and Gollum's daughter live on air last month had a complete meltdown yesterday after United's humiliation suggesting he may tear up his Sky contract rather than having to continue talking about United.

There was then an apology at the end of the show for Souness 'racially stereotyping' Latin players for suggesting they're known for falling down easily
 
Souness was unreal there. It’s all well and good apologising for it but the arsehole meant every word, let’s not forget he’s ‘worked out there so he knows what they’re like’. Cunt.
 
Tbf Iberian and South American coaches/players have openly said that diving and play acting are part of the game and are coached just like any other skill.

Talksport again talking about the Jorge Mendes relationship with Wolves and how unethical it is but at the end of it they say by the rule books Wolves are doing nothing wrong.

To add to the above apparently it comes from an article from Martyn Ziegler in the times asking is Jorge Mendes grip on Wolves to tight? By all accounts Greg Dyke has called for tougher regulations on agents.

itv highlights show tonight. due to start at 10.30 (so probably a couple of mins after). Advert break at "half time", and the game highlights finish at 10.46. That's less that 10 minutes of highlights there.

Didn't see the full game, but fucking hell that seems a little light.
 
Darren Moore has been superb this afternoon for the Spurs game. Balanced Souness well.
 
Neville & Carragher superb on MNF tonight and a top debate about the future of the game.
 
I think Adrian Durham is going to lay into Neto about 1700 because of his dive last night and the fact he was aloud to stay on the field and score the winner.

Even if it was a dive, (I'm disputing that) there have been many far, far worse that never get mentioned.....was Neto already on a yellow?

No I think he’ll argue it doesn’t feel comfortable that a diver scored the winner. Why now tho? Numerous players have dived in the past and gone on to have key contributions in a game. ie Kane, Grealish etc
 
How about Chelsea winning a free kick against us in July from an outrageous dive, scoring directly from it and that quite possibly costing us a Europa League place?

And anyway it's a yellow card offence and Neto wasn't booked at any other time last night.

Lost count how many times someone has dived against us and scored later on. It’s very much been a case all day that people are buying Lampard’s BS about them being tired and that’s why they lost.
 
For fucks sake it was hardly a blatant dive - Traore, Coady and Neto have got disproportionate amounts of criticism of late when certain players in red dive continuously and lets not forget the Greasy Blinder, they constantly blow smoke up his arse and he is one of the worst in the game for it
