Boris at it again and the contest to replace the lying c***

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-61964175

who is this dick? and what a non job! I mean, "we tried, by asking business to reduce prices...."
I also see that levelling up plans weren't costed, and it will now cost a fuck ton more than originally proposed. I mean that has never happened with a boris project has it? and also, how long til it gets dropped? anyone?

Use the taxpayers' money to advertise saving the taxpayer money while expecting businesses to take the hit. In the meantime we do fuck all. How Tory can you get?

This is going to be ace all the way to the mid 2030s. I actually cannot wait to fuck off now my passport is back in play. Oz may be hot, extremely intolerant and populated with a lot of nature that kills but its a big improvement to this shit hole.

It's liking someone to decorate your house for nothing other than 'exposure'. Fucking bellends the lot of them

Apart from the white entitled racists...

So the only thing going for Oz in your description is it’s warm

Better chance of a job. All my family live there. It isn't run by Boris Johnson. To be brutally honest its fuck all of your business why I am going so don't pry or try and take the piss.

Chill out man, wasn’t taking the piss at all or being snidey ( I only try that with people I don’t like on here)

Royal mail voting on industrial action. Rampant inflation, industrial action everywhere, it's like corbyn has taken us back to the 1970's... and, oh!

It's funny, us plebs have always been told that raising wages will cause massive inflation, so no, fuck off asking for pay rises.

Yet here we are, pretty much full employment, but wages aren't going up which was another theory always pushed on us, but it isn't happening AND we are getting the inflation end of the shitty stick.

The Tories warned us what it would be like under him and fair fucks to not only saying it but also doing a live example of it.

Higher wages do cause inflation that is undisputed.

The current inflation is not caused by high wages but high fuel/ energy prices.

This is a governmental problem they don't know how to fix.

But high employment was always supposed to drive higher wages, that hasn't happened (to the same extent)

And actually, inflation has been caused just as much by soaring company profits as it has by fuel/energy prices.

I don't know how soaring company profits fuel inflation but I'm happy to educated on it.

Thank you for sharing but I'm still non the wiser. I might be wrong but for me inflation is the difference between what a basket of goods cost this year compared to last. Company profits are not part of the basket.
But if companies are charging more for that basket purely to drive up their profits, then they are surely responsible for that aspect of inflation?
