It is very noticeable that this government doesn’t see any issue as resulting in the need for resignation.

They ignore the outcry and just assume it will go away. All very Trumpian.
 
The quotation marks in ‘banana state’ were there for a reason - it’s a racist term used by xenophobes. Didn’t really expect anyone to take it at face value..

It will sadly. Paul shows very clearly people don’t care as long as their side is winning.
 
"Gifted" shares in a company that was tendering for contracts in the NHS.

Ministers might not sign off these sorts of contracts but in the example of honest Bob and the struggling towns fund there are ways and means to ensure that you/your town gets some of the pie.

No, not at all, I was highlighting the hypocrisy of someone complaining that nothing will be done who himself was doing absolutely nothing

You say that now, but the rate this lot are going it might not be too long before Priti Vacant is emboldened enough to create her own version of the Ton Ton Macoute to deal with opposition.
 
I can envisage Priti FC roaming the streets in a Winnie Mandela stylee or Boris riding around on a horse a la Eugene Terre'Blanche

How do you know I do nothing? I re-joined the party you suggest challenge it and donate to the good-law project. Apologies for not being a lawyer or a member of government to do more 🙄

Another Government contract that's just fine, no questions to be answered.
 
A few questions. Why was this family business not declared previously when another was? Why is it that other ministers have to put shareholdings in to blind trusts until the they are no longer in government. In what world did he think that acquiring shares (gifted apparently!) in a company that is tendering for government contracts in the area of government that he was responsible doesn’t look fishy. If he was to to be gifted them then why didn’t he wait until he was out of government?

Even if it wasn’t dodgy he’s confirmed that he’s as thick as pig shit to become embroiled in it all.
 
voting against the register of stalkers and serial abusers too now. Whats worse about this (as if it isn't bad enough in itself) is a desire to exclude migrant women from protection against abuse.
If that isn't a blatant case of creating a discriminatory judicial system then I struggle to see what is.
