Carl Froch tonight, unbelievable. The best fight I've seen from a British boxer in my lifetime - absolutely destroyed Bute.

If you didn't watch it, try and find it somewhere online to see how to completely batter your opponent.

Froch is the best talent in British boxing IMO, he's so understated in the media.

Froch was amazing tonight, from start to finish but Bute despite being a World Champion was pretty much an unknown as he hadn't fought anyone of note. This was his first fight against a "proper" boxer and he got battered. Not sure where Froch goes from here though as i can't see the point in a rematch with Bute so it will probably be a rematch with either Kessler or Ward, i think he would beat Kessler this time but he won't get near Ward who is truly world class and taught Froch a lesson last time.

This morning was arguably the best performance of Carl Froch's career, and for me, it stands on a par with Nigel Benn beating Gerald Mcclellan

Bute isn't a household name over here, but he was expected to beat Froch, by almost everyone. He was said to be too fast, his southpaw too tricky, his hammer like left hand said to most likely be the deciding factor leading to the inevetable downfall of Froch.

Pre fight you could get 40-1 on Froch to win in the 8th so little chance was Froch given.

Froch blinded him with his handspeed, devestated him with his power, and then destroyed him with devestating finishing.

There's only two fights out there for him at super mid, Kessler and Ward. On last night's performance, he could beat Kessler, but they are going to have to get Ward to Nottingham, and he is going to have to improve on even last nights showing to get close to him.

I don't think anything though, will ever take away from the achievment of becoming a three time world champion.

Bradley can't get out of the way of Manny's straight left. He will keep going but he's already lost this as he hasn't got the power to knock Pacquiao out.

That's what was being said in the corner but he still seemed to be moving ok. If he has broken his foot fair play to him for taking it all 12 rounds and never giving up but he was always going to be second best.

What is going on, there is no way Bradley won that fight. He won 2 rounds maximum in my opinion.

I can't actually believe that. Manny connected with more and better punches in at least 10 and possibly 11 rounds.

Probably the greatest amateur boxer of all time Terafilo Stevenson has died. Three golds at heavyweight in 72,76 and 80. Could have gone for more only Cuba boycotted 84 & 88 olympics.
Turned down millions to fight Ali in the 70's.
That would have been some fight.

Brook is smashing Salvida in the first 2 rounds.

Anyone see Adrien 'The Problem' Broner last night?

Absolute bellend but a superb boxer.
