The ground yesterday was good to soft. I'm a part time punter so I'm not the most knowledgeable but surely good ground is the aim. Regardless of the forecast for today then what was the need to water the course? I could understand it perhaps on Thursday if the rain hadn't come and the forecast was dry and sunny.
