Come the Revolution.....

Tbf I have no idea what cocaine availability is in the UK so may be different vice over there. But I know the US scene (at least in the southeast) is riddled with addicts.

Not judging them for it, mind.

Back to the thread, put James Dobson on the wall and let the world know I put him there.
UKs pretty much saturated, it will be in kitchens, think Gordon Ramsey did a show about it and found his chefs were using in his restaurants, which given his brothers situation upset him.

20 years ago Speed (amphetamine) used to be the go to pep for jobs with long hours (and a lot cheaper) but with the come downs was never the best.

I give celeb chefs a bit of a pass because that industry is so fucking brutal. Been friends with multiple ex-chefs, cooks, etc; all said that they had either been high on cocaine during a shift or had access to it if they wanted, as it was the only way to not break down during long days.

Small wonder that the people who make it in the industry tend to be of a kind.
Chefs are fine, hard working heroes some of them.... its TV celebrity types I hate.

The problem James blunt has is similar to 80s Phil Collins, youre beautiful was constantly on everywhere, and you get sick of it and end up hating the bloke, he's entertaining enough in interviews, knows he's a posh boy doing a ridiculous job,and doesn't take himself seriously

Would not advocate putting anybody ' up against a wall ' (given the connotations) but enforcing a ST occupancy at the Hawthorns would suffice.

Some very strange choices there Papper.

I wouldn't take it too seriously. If Bill Oddie is game then who isn't eh. The top six will suffice.
Even then, I'd never pick Noel over his infinite prick of a brother Liam.

And Ricky whatsisface out of Kaiser Chiefs seems like a decent bloke.

Bear - I await your list with relish.

I pondered the Liam brother but I quite liked his recollection of meeting Maradona.

Noel has the artificiality of an onyx telephone.

Please tell me there's not a legitimate reason to dislike Stormzy that I don't know about.

Cancel culture is scary!

I'm dying to find what Nick Beggs has done wrong
Nick is alright. My sister was in his class at Cedars Upper in Leighton Buzzard. He was one of the cool arty lot in the sixth form when I was two or three years below failing my O levels. Never really knew him but my sister is good mates with him to this day. He/she still live in LB and hook up quite regularly at the pub/get togetherness etc.

She’s best mates with Cathy Neale, wife of keyboard player Stuart. Cathy had a bed sit which I moved into when she moved out to go to London with Stuart when they signed with (EMI?). Stuart was there loading her stuff into a flash car all leather trousers and mullet hair.

Bit of random waffle there but hey, good fun reminiscing. Heady days when you are 19.
