A thread idea pinched off the radio. Every morning I have a different random tune in my head often for no reason or triggered by something I hear.
This morning I heard a news piece about Elton John not wanting his song Tiny Dancer played at Donald Trump rallies.

So what song have I been singing all the way to work on the bike? That's right - Private Dancer by Tina Turner. A song I must have last heard about 20 years ago.

What's on your internal jukebox today?

I often get the intro to Black Sabbath - Iron Man stuck in my head out of the blue, no idea why, don't even particularly like the song and the only time I think I've ever heard it is on the end of the first Ironman film.

I dread getting the theme tune to murder she wrote going through my head, as I can never get rid of it!

I don't know why but Nancy Boy by Placebo is in my head this morning. I don't think I've even heard it recently!

I get a song stuck in my head every morning as well as soon as I get out of bed, glad to hear it's not just me! Normally mine are ones I absolutely hate but do get the odd decent one. It was Greetings From Shitsville by The Wildhearts this morning.

I just don't understand why I get tunes I hate stuck in my head in my first waking moments.

Paul McCartney - Wanderlust.

Fuck knows why, I don't even like it that much.

I had Honey to the Bee by Billie Piper stuck in my head all last week. My mate's fault for playing it through his Sonos speakers when I went round.

Today it's Elton John's Tiny Dancer. Thanks SLA.

Slither by Metallica. I can cope with listening to metallica all day though :)

Usually it is either a Disney song or a Little Mix song due to my daughter discovering how to repeat songs over and over on the CD player.

Today I have a Lord Huron song stuck in my head which is odd as I listened to it on the way to work on Tuesday. I listened to Metallica's Black Album this morning so you would have thought I'd have had one of those songs stuck in my head instead!

Often I wake up with a song in my head and I can't tell if it is some obscure song I heard in the past and don't remember what it is or if it is a song I had made up in my sleep.

The theme music to Spongebob Squarepants.

Kill me, it would be merciful

I am now humming the tune to the video SLA posted in the amusing video thread...

I've been overhearing some of the music students singing Fleet Foxes Winter Hymnal this morning, so I've got that in my head. Rather pleasant actually.

This :

For two frickin days now !!!

Sympathy for the Devil stick in my head at the moment

Stray Cat Strut for me, after it was played to introduce an article on stray cats on a podcast I was listening to yesterday.

Winters tale by David Essex. Haven't actually heard it yet this year but it's been in my head for two days. Worst thing is I know the end of about two lines of it and the words keep repeating as well as the tune.

I've had My Silver Lining by First Aid Kit in my head for the last 3 days. I think it's on an ad at the moment
