Can’t be worse than McKinze Gaines, although our Sporting Director keeps referring to him (Byrne) as a defender which I don’t think makes sense for us; we already have a good young RB (Jaylin Lindsey) and a too-old decent one (Harrison Afful).

I don’t know what the heck we need with a 30 year old who also plays RB.

Both, but we’re starting matches with a back four most of the time.

Oh, I know nothing about McKinze Gaines, but as a right back Byrne as an upgrade can only be marginal.

Gaines is the dictionary definition of a pace merchant. Great athlete. Not a footballer in a million years.
