FA Cup 4th Rd: Chorley 0-1 Wolves

I've said exactly the same a couple of times. Last time we lost against them was 35 years ago, and it's never been forgotten, until last night.
Can you imagine what losing last night would have been like in comparison!!!! This place would have gone nuclear.

Not sure about this place, but the cesspit of SM would have. Apocalyptic was the word you used. That x 1000. Nuno knew all about losing this game. That is why he set up like he did i'm sure.

It was apocalyptic even though we won 1-0.

Ruddy with another clean sheet and sure handling. A first goal for Vitinha. Otherwise it was a forgettable evening even though we won. Willian Jose lightens the mood , however. I still think the Otasowie and Neves partnership is the way to go.

Yes. Although it seems whatever the team do it's the same on there. It's a product of being able to say things without getting a smack in the mouth for it.

I think it's a product of being locked in houses and not taking frustrations out at the pub/on terraces too. That's half the problem on here sometimes, but similar to here the other side is just as bad as some fans tonight are having a pop that City are still 0-0 with Cheltenham. We won, just move on...

There is that too, but SM is a massive cesspit of idiots who quite clearly know nothing about the game of football. At least on here there is a modicum of an idea.

Agreed, I think Otasowie looks good when he plays because he's the kind of midfielder we are crying out for

Neves-Dendoncker will be fine if a more attacking mid can play ahead of them.
I'm not even sure it's that. It's more a mindset.

Letting Hoever/ Semedo cut inside so Adama can cross and then having Neto and RAN do the same on the other side and switch at will will make a huge difference but you have to let the players go forward and not be afraid to pass/ run otherwise we end up with the current malaise.

We need an attacking Central midfielder to play with Neves, but mainly we need our central pair to be at least 5 yards further forward and dictating play further up the pitch and looking forward first rather than safe and tedious at a snails pace.

We can do it, we just need to do it more often and from the start in each half.

At least Silva will have aged & bulked up by then

We’re through that’s all that matters. But Southampton will be really hard
