Fulham 0 - 0 Wolves - Verdict Thread

As I cannot afford to get to many games a season, if tickets are 15 quid for the replay I will be interested

Is the replay on the 13th? The reason I ask is that we play Nuneaton away in the Birmingham Senior Cup on that date. And while I know we will only play mainly youth team players in that game, it will limit the options KJ has if he wants to rest players for the Fulham game.

I would imagine we would definitely be on the 15th as the Blackburn game is on the Sunday before. We need to win the replay to ensure that Sako misses one fewer league game, seeing as Charlton are out.

The Blackpool game four days later is less than £15 anywhere in the ground, I'd put your money towards that one.

Re: the replay; Ken has just been asked about "two games in three days" coming up on the official post-match interview so it is going to be on Tuesday 13th.

Why wasn't Jacobs introduced in the second half when a little creativity was required?

If the Blackpool game is 15 and the replay is 15 I'll probably go to both

Don't really give a flying fig about today's game and I learned by lesson last season about going to cup games despite cheap prices but didn't realise the Blackpool game was half price.

£11.50 behind the goal - lovely stuff. Got a ticket for me and Mini Langers (it's the day after his birthday so nicely timed).

Depending on the price-point I may well go to the replay. It feels like there have been long periods where I have hardly been at Molineux this season because my couple of matches missed have been at either end of successive away games or international breaks. If we win the replay, I have to wait from 28th December to the Blackpool game and that feels a long time. Of course, were we to lose the replay I still get three home games in quick succession as Charlton are available to play on 4th round day.

Obviously KJ doesn't think he's good enough. Time to let it go, IMHO.

I imagine Jacobs will be binned off this month. He hasn't grasped the nettle in the Championship which is a shame.

WM saying Blues interested again. I'd be disappointed to see him go, without having a proper chance at No.10. He had about an hour at Ipswich (I wasn't there) and that's been about it. Davis is doing well at Blues in a position we are well covered in, I'd be pissed off if Jacobs went there in a position which we are not.

See a lot of talk about progressing being good for pushing a league fixture back to when Sako has returned but is it really a positive when it puts more miles on the clock for everyone else?

We have to play on that day anyway. We either play Charlton in an important league game without Sako, or we play a fourth round game that means not a lot without Sako.

If Professional footballers cannot play for 90 minutes twice a week then there is something wrong.

They can play, however fitness and fatigue issues are handled differently these days. No longer will clubs ask players to play until they snap (unles you they are called Dean Saunders) and they pay a lot of money for staff to ensure they have players at their best.

I only realised today he is only 22! Maybe we should give him some time. If he deserves it Kenny will give him a chance.

Shit game. Both teams tried to pass the ball but was half-arsed. Evans MOTM

Yes but is it better to play Charlton sans Sako or have Sako but with everyone else slightly below par because of the extra fatigue?
