General Wolves News

Not on TV either.

Norwich v Liverpool (presume they are expecting Liverpool's kids to score 5)
Ronaldo v West Ham

It’s only 15 for STHs right?
At £18 I might still try to go anyway

£15 is for members too.

I also noticed this nugget in there for everyone who's still owed money from the Olympiacos game.

Vinny is superb, he really is.

Just do what you said in the summer you tit, which was ticket and if any owed turned into Wolves Cash.

Has loyalty cash from club shop purchases finished ?
All one thing now isn't it. Instead of Merch Cash & Ticket Cash, its Wolves Cash which can be used on both.
Normally takes a month for it to appear on your account.

I work in the Birmingham office on a Wednesday so good excuse to come to the cup game.

Semedo replacing Ricardo Pereira in the Portugal squad

Apologies if this has been covered elsewhere but is anyone else waiting on their membership card?

I've had both my boys cards but not mine.

For those older Wolves fans, Jim McCalliog is releasing his autobiography “Wembley Wins Wembley Woes” and detailed below are the book signing venues around Wolverhampton.

For the younger fans, Jimmy Mac was a top goal scoring attacking midfielder (Christ we could do with him now) for Wolves from 1969-1974. With Raul he is the best Wolves penalty taker I’ve ever seen.

He had a terrific career mostly with Sheffield Wednesday, Wolves, Man Utd and Southampton (where he won a FA Cup winners medal in 1976 where he set up the winning goal). He also scored the winning goal for Scotland against England in 1967 (England’s first loss as World Champions). He won 5 caps for Scotland in total.

At Wolves he was the vice-captain to Mike Bailey and was actually the club’s captain in the 1972 UEFA Cup Final against Spurs (scoring in the 1st leg final at Molineux) as Bailey was injured.

I’m friends with him on FB and I’m sharing this info. here as there may be some here who would be interested.

Remember Jimmy Mac very well, probably one of the more underated players of that era, Doog, Waggy, Hibbitt, Bailey usually get all the plaudits, but he was an integral part of that team.....Will be putting that book on my birthday list

Agreed mate - was a very good player for us, and could score goals as well.
