General Wolves News

Itnis the basic principle of marketing and has been for years.
It doesn't matter too much if the the brand (the wolves logo) actually pays wolves that much, what his important and fosun will know this, is that if the other areas the logo is being used are expanding, fosun will have to be sure the football club does well, or they are simply reducing the brand value slowly but surely.
The only way out of that is to let the origin of the brand I.e.wolves fc dissapear all together so no comparisons can be made.
Worldwide branding does not allow for one venture of the global brand to be an obvious failiure, and it ain't that easy to hide a football club, even if they are in division four.
Fosuns branding worldwide of the wolves logo will accept a mid table footie team, but i cannot believe for a minute they will accept a relegated one.
Ever seen mars or coca cola for example keep a failed brand around for a second longer than necessary?

Odd not to reference that in the first place Punts.

Made it read as though people on here had said it.
Maybe 🤷🏻‍♂️

Was just saying it’s completely irrelevant. Then highlighted the two polar arguments showing that regardless of which side you are on it’s still pretty much irrelevant to WWFC.

I'm now sure it is irrelevant as it's our brand Fosun are using and as Pav said this might go badly if that's all they want.

Grasshoppers maybe the same.

Good post that Pav and hopefully bodes well.

Saïss and the Moroccan national team are trapped in Guinea during a coup. Same for the match officials and Guinean players based abroad who were called up (like Naby Keita).

Worried for their safety first and foremost, of course.

Sorry if mentioned before, Sarkic was in goal for Montengro last night against Holland, winning his 2nd cap.

They lost 4-0, just watched the highlights, he had a busy night.

Good experience for him and perhaps that’s what you want for one of your back up keepers against a top international side.
Better than the Baggies keeper who had nothing to do for England

No basketball fan in real life but I've got one of the NBA games (all good fun even if I don't understand some of it) and Real Madrid have a team on there. Might be another couple of football teams too (Partizan Belgrade one maybe?), I forget now.

Not sure what kind of market we're chasing though if we're going down that road, there's been a British Basketball League for years, no-one watches it.

This is a very interesting development. NBA 2K sells absolute gangbusters every year.

Not sure I like seeing our badge with a group of apparel brands, though. Feels really strange.

Real Madrid have a strong basketball team, I went round their museum at the stadium ages ago and they had tonnes of medals dedicated to it
