Perhaps you know about it already, but I found out yesterday about a payments site called Wise, where the fees are very low compared to PayPal, bank transfers or cards. I paid someone $30 using my UK credit card and the fee was just 18p. (It would have been 11p from a bank account.) Wise takes the money in £, so there are no conversion fees, and from what I can find it, their exchange rates are as good or better than anywhere else. This might be a good option if you ever need to make an international payment. Here is the link.
