I know there is a big hoo har about the box office games on TV. I just wondered if you're paying for the game or finding a stream on the internet. Is there a way to watch it through the Wolves website? I would rather give the money to the club than pay for BT Sports Box Office.

Still in two minds. Begrudge paying this shit really but would rather be watching on the TV on the comfort of the sofa than on my PC monitor on the computer chair.

I'll probably pay for it. Wanted to go pub and watch and spend the £15 there (they could do with it more that BT) - but got the kids Friday night so no go.

You can get a chromecast for pretty much the cost of the PPV and cast from laptop to tv.

Got a smart TV? Just log in to your website of choice through your TV

The money goes to the clubs anyway, doesn’t it? Common misconception that it’s Sky/BT screwing the fans.

Either way, I won’t be paying it.

It goes to the PL, so some of it goes to the clubs by proxy.

Sky and BT have been at pains to state that they're essentially doing it at cost (whether you believe that or whether you think they deserve any sympathy is a personal call on both counts).

That prick Masters is going down the Moxey road, calling the price point "defensible". That's not really what you want to hear! Like when Jezward used to say our ticket prices were ok because Ipswich fans had to pay more. Yeah, but I don't want to watch Ipswich every week, do I big fella.

I’m not paying for it. The price includes other games, but I don’t want to watch other games, only Wolves. Make it a fiver, or eight quid or something just for wolves, I’d probably pay it.

I’ll watch elsewhere.

I originally thought I would pay it but I’ve changed my mind. The less money they get the more likely they are to abandon it. Apparently sky and bt would be happy to change it but the clubs want the money. Don’t know how true that is.

My feelings exactly

does it? I thought it was a per match price?
not that this would change my personal position tbh.

I have a chromecast but I wouldn’t really know where to find the ‘material’ to cast in the first place. I’m useless with that sort of thing.

I have found it via my phone before but not ones I can cast I don’t think.

I'm sure someone on here could drop you a message nearer the time - if you go on your laptop you can cast the video or tab from chrome.

Or from your phone in fairness, if the video is playing through Chrome.

I think this does give the lie a little to the argument I've heard for a while, "if there were a way to buy a Wolves ST/AST to watch online, I'd pay for it". Well, people won't, will they...

I'll pay for it. If I can help it then I'm not having my viewing of my team messed up by a free stream that breaks, disappears or is bad quality. It's Wolves and it's 15 notes at the end of the day. If I went down the pub to watch it I couldn't get five pints for that, so it'd defeat the object from a financial point of view (plus all the bollocks that comes with going to a pub at the moment).

I won't pay for any other games on top of what's already paid for, just ours. We'll see where we are come Saints/Arsenal after the break - Arsenal will get moved because of their EL game but nothing has been announced on that one.

Well, that might wash if there weren't cameras and production teams at every game anyway...

And no, I'm not paying for it.

That's just the international feed though. Nothing pre-match, nothing half time, fewer cameras. Commentary is remote sometimes.

The PL want the full Sky/BT shebang and that's what costs the extra.
