They probably stood up for themselves, Jeff has the yes man he always wanted now.

They were bothered about what went on on the actual pitch then too

Not just a yes man - also a get out of jail free card.

When he (yes that’s right Jeff) decides to buy some up and coming Indonesian because of the untapped social media market there, and insists he plays instead of Sa in goal, then we find ourselves in the bottom three: Jeff simply fires Bruno and starts looking at prospects from Pakistan, India and Nepal.

Shame Russia is a pariah atm, must be a vast market there in Siberia if we signed a Russian player, we’ll have the us of a sown up when we sign Ben bender though so not all bad

Don't pay a lot of attention to international football these days, but is it really a case of Son >----------------------------->Hwang?
Is there not someone in between that wouldn't cost >£50-40m but can actually play football..?

The young lad we have out at Grasshoppers is supposed to be a big talent.

I remember us being linked to Wu Lei when we were in the Europa League, he's not a bad player, surely that's your slam dunk if you want Chinese interest? He only cost Espanyol €2m.

Weren't there links to another Korean guy at Valencia or somewhere too?

Reo Hatate is the one that annoys me. He's fucking class.

It’s really not rocket science. Jeff has become entitled- to be in the PL which (in his mind) gives him free reign to do anything he likes (and he certainly doesn’t like football) so now he’s off playing the entrepreneur trying to diversify his business model into all kinds of pet projects and fads.

He really doesn’t get it: we are not entitled to anything, the default for clubs like Wolves, Forest, Leeds, is to be a yo-yo club, and often this means more yo than yo.

With his current ‘just enough’ strategy he’s one serious injury from relegation, his castles made of sand being washed away, and his e-sports empire becoming a sad parody of what he had hoped.

He will then be faced with a stark choice between adopting Ipswich’s business model or being down on his hands and knees begging Nuno to come back and bring some knowledge of how to get a point with him.

Cocky patronising Jeff will soon be a thing of the past. Let’s hope the collateral damage to the club is minimised and fans of other clubs don’t cotton on and start making up songs about evil geniuses.

The only way Jeff gets binned by his bosses is if the club gets relegated.

I think he gets binned in November if we're bottom 3.

No way Fosun risk relegation.

I’ll be contrary here, and don’t see him getting the sack if we are bottom three, possibly if we get relegated,as long as he’s hitting targets set, the only three ways he leaves are
1. Fosun sell up,
2. His retirement,
2. His death, he’s here for the long term.

I really wonder how much attention Fosun pay to Wolves. Wolves is buried in the Fosun Sports Group which itself is buried in the Fosun Happiness sector. The revenue of the Happiness Sector is reported as being £8 Billion in 2021 and lost £73 Million. I suspect Jeff Shi is more likely to get moved on if Fosun is not happy with the numbers at Fosun Sports Group than if Wolves get relegated.

There is not a single mention of Wolves in the Fosun 2021 Annual Report.

Wolves is Fosun Sports Group - all the rest is vanity noise at the moment revenue/profit wise
It is strange that WWFC is not mentioned in the report considering they do use footballs to represent the Sports Group.

I really hope it's a sign they're going to sell us to somebody who gives a shit.
