Let's talk about Nuno....

Arsen Wenger and Alex Ferguson were no great shakes as a player.
Isn't moutiniho in charge of the free kicks and corners? If he is and makes a mess of them I wouldn't hold much hope of him being a great coach/manager

Zidane has won three Champions Leagues, Beckenbauer won the World Cup, Ancelotti has won everything there is to win at club level, early days but Gerrard is almost certainly going to win Rangers' first title in a decade...

Reality is it makes no great difference other than perhaps if you have performed at the very top level, you understand big game pressure and dealing with top players on a day-to-day basis a little more.

It's an Arrigo Sacchi (who never played professional football at all) quote, isn't it. "I never realised that to be a jockey you had to be a horse first".

You do get top players who go shaking their medals around, they end up like Paul Ince. Coincidentally that's the kind of thing Paul Ince used to do.

This is great, made even better by an appearance by yours truly in the background after the first goal. Fuck Nuno ever leaving.

I was just about to post this. Fans are everything to this guy and the team. No wonder it's hard for them currently. We have to stick by them because better times will be back.

I think out of the current squad Coady is the one who would be most likely to transition into management.

He's clearly a leader and people seem to buy into him as a person. I'm not sure he'd be a top level coach but I'd have no doubt he'd be championship level

Nearly 11 months and counting - & not going to be any time soon

Really miss this
It’s crap isn’t it? Just absolutely nothing like proper football.

Me getting a season ticket after a 20 year break corresponded with Nuno’s first game, that video is also a story of me and my kids journey watching wolves together (which makes it even better the 3 of us are in it).

It's shit isn't it. We have to believe it's going to come back again though. Imagine that first match with the fans in the ground again..

I agree. Football is absolutely souless at the moment. Can't wait for this season to end and be back to the promised land.

I suppose that I have saved money this year as no transport, hotels or other sustenance costs (inc the occasional beer ;) )

No saving on the season ticket as have spent as much on TV feeds - not sure that that has been good value as apart from the matches we are in have only watched a few others - just a somewhat sterile experience.

That video also made me realise quite how much I hate this fake football lite and watching it on TV.
I realised it from the beginning. But I suppose it’s better than nothing.

Absolutely the same, but I’ve stuck with watching wolves games at least. I’ll miss the first half of Weds due to work but I’m not bothered really.

Watching that reinforces what he has done for us.
We have to stick by him for the long run, he will sort it out, it is the first sticky patch we have really had under him.

In Nuno we trust.

I agree with finding it difficult to enjoy football at the moment. I think it's a mixture of the lack of fans making it seem so incredibly empty but also because I have far more important things to worry about at the moment.

I watch Wolves when I can but I'll be honest - I've missed quite a few games that I could have seen, but I'm losing interest with the game at the moment. It's nothing to do with our current poor run - I was going week in week out when we really WERE shit so a few rubbish displays (when we're really NOT shit.....) won't stop me from watching.

I just want this season to be over and done with so things can get back to normal.

Can understand many are finding football a bit soulless and quite irrelevant atm but I find its something to look forward to and take my mind off the current situation a little.
