Bamford should have dinked that. Tried to do too much.

I think the cavalier approach will catch Leeds out more often than not, whilst they could have scored 3 they easily could have conceded 5. Liverpool look ropey, I’ll say the league winner this year won’t break 92 points.

VVD with a good Zubar impression there.

A rare Van Dijk error sets up Bamford for an equaliser.

Salah puts pool back up to 3-2

Arrogant as fuck by VVD but Leeds are a walking disaster at the back, look a good side to play against on the counter attack

When you’ve got Ayling and Dallas in your defence at this level you’re going to concede a lot

Hat off for Leeds and Bielsa

Look a good addition to the PL, certainly made their mark with this performance, whatever the result

Naive defending in the PL. In the Championship the player probably isn't cute enough to find the leg

Just bottled it, was watching the ball drop then turned his back and dangled the leg when he thought Fabinho might volley it in his direction, if he faces up to try and block it then he gets beaten by the touch but there's no chance of a foul.

xG was 3.15 Vs 0.27

Feels like that wasn't a fair reflection of the game though

That's going to be heavily influenced by Liverpool having 3 penalties though isn't it, think they count for something like 0.75 a piece? So you're down to something more like 0.9 v 0.27

Good point, 1.65 Vs 0.27

Suggests the amount of goals scored was a bit of an anomaly

West Ham pretty abject against Newcastle so far.

There plan seems to be to hit long balls for Antonio to run onto

Yep, Antonio is pretty limited but he can work the channels and hold up the ball. Unfortunately for West Ham he's been so completely isolated that its been a fruitless task. They've changed it now but with no success so far, probably because they're still insistent on lumping it up front just to Haller instead.
