Yeah as bad as a season it’s been you can count on 1 hand how many times we’ve been well beaten West Ham away, Liverpool away and Man City away in the end. The rest of the games we’ve lost we’ve been in right until the end.

There have been a number of games that have been down to fine margins, VAR, ref decisions, injuries and of course having no fans there.

There are some games where our fans would have been to our detriment, there are some where they would have given us a huge lift and put a lot of pressure on the ref/opposition. The Liverpool home game really sticks out to me as the latter. That challenge on Semedo with fans in the ground would have lead to a furious, toxic rage akin to the one against City at home when we won 3-2. I'm sure we'd have got something out of the Pool game as a result of that.

Conversely the atmosphere against West Ham if we found ourselves 3-0 down after 30ish mins would have been truly horrendous.

The Donk goal would have got us back onside and then the atmosphere after Fabs goal would have been immense.

Donk doesn't score and half the stadium would have fooked off by the 70th min

I thought Neymar was poor, squandered several really good chances, the one at the end he needs to pass. He also broke down several of their really slick moves with selfish play.

I thought Mbappe was class, Neymar was down the list of PSG performances for me though Clive... I mean YW.

Brilliant game, had it on whilst playing FM 21 and ended up hardly playing it.

Have you ever seen a better 17 year old? It’s a struggle. Owen was a talent at 18 as was Rooney but Bellingham seems to play like a 30 year old!
