Live Match Discussion: 2020/21

Don't think it's been mentioned, but the team they were battling for promotion with was Lincoln

Born here my son hates Derby, on balance I think I'd rather they stay up though. Locals are resigned to going down
I’m going to guess this is similar to my feelings towards Pompey so I recognise this (taking a lot of shit from peers growing up, plenty of meetings between the 2 teams etc).

I hope Derby go down if only because it will be a salutary lesson that appointing managers based on the individual‘s ability as a player is ridiculous. Let the managers who start at a lower level and prove themselves get the jobs ahead of the likes of Frank and Wayne.

I didn't mind the Lampard appointment, bright guy, was always going to be a manager at some point and did a reasonable job for them, be it driven by loan players. He wasn't going to start at Orient so you may as well take him rather letting someone else do so.

Rooney was stupid

Sort of agree re Frank but he did no more than ok at Derby, certainly nowhere near enough to go to Chelsea.

Old firm derby is wonderfully bonkers. Sending off and 3 goals in the space of 10 mins.

I can't help thinking that if Bale had played more Spurs would be in the top four. Still looks a class above when I've seen him. Still Mourinho knows best, like he did with Doherty, oh wait...

I think in his defence it took Bale ages to get fit and then he had that little spell and then picked up a knock and wasn't right for a while.

Got better when the golf courses had to close again...

No idea what the ref saw there to give a penalty, not sure why they even had the ref go over to the monitor to overrule that.

He heard PSG appeals and reacted. Just done it again against Foden. Awful refereeing.

Must say Zinchenko has raised his game a lot this year..

To think that Dias was once touted as a target for us. Clearly was never going to happen, but what an asset he would have been.

Phil Foden what a player and Mahrez scores for fun..they dont even have sterling, aguero, jesus..best team in the world right now
