Anyway, they may be on a point a game, but they're a lot better than they were last season

They made a solid start to refreshing their squad though, and for us it's annoying because they've managed to bring in two decent centre backs when we messed around trying to get one Lille clearly weren't willing to sell!

Lille were willing to sell, he was willing to sign, Wolves weren't willing to pay what they wanted. I can't say whether we should or shouldn't have done about a player I've never seen play, but would should have signed someone - Andersen being one obvious candidate

If I were a Palace supporter, seeing Ayew continue to be in the XI would be enough to make me stop caring about football.

Edouard, Olise, Anderson and Guehi are all excellent signings that we should have been looking at but I don’t think we ever will try and get players like that under the current regime for whatever reason.
