Jeez, I mean how many times do you see a side like Arsenal sleepwalk through most of a match but end up winning by multiple goals anyway?

So frustrating to watch.

They've had Palace at arm's length for me. Deserved to win with plenty in the tank.

Palace play decent with bang average players for the most part. We should be finishing clear of them.

Arsenal look OK. Will be comfortable top 6 but don’t think they have enough star quality to threaten the top 4. They’ll win these sort of games but get turned over shaming anyone decent as normal.

It's been a really poor game in reality. Arsenal scored a scruffy goal and then palace have been like the wolf when he gets to the third house.

Don't get me wrong, not walking back my "the winners deserved to win on principle" statement, it's CP's own fault for not taking their big chances.

Probably just sticks out to me because, you know, fuck Arsenal.

I actually agree. If palace finished the two gilt edged chances they had they win.

Fook this Prem League lark off.

Did the massive journey (5 min walk) to see the start of the FA Cup journey for Market Drayton Town this evening.

Facing Shifnal Town in a banging game. Around 200 folk joined me in witnessing MDT's 3rd win since I moved to the town in 2020.

Shifnal battered them for 30 mins but only scored once. MDT got back in the game and were unlucky not to be level at HT.
Tight start to the 2nd half with a few half chances before Shifnal had a chance to put the game to bed from the spot. Pen was saved and the game was on.
MDT subbed their number 9, best described as the Shropshire Maierhofer but worse in the air. Within 3 mins back level. Tidy header in the bottom corner.
93rd min and it was utter scenes as MDT scrambled the ball over the line. Mad celebrations led by the Gingerbread Ultras.
Ref managed to find 4 extra mins to play but fine defending led MDT to victory.

Ref only booked 2 players despite about 20 yellow card challenges.

Top evening for just £7.

Oh and MDT had a tactic I want to see Wolves use.

Concede a corner...pop 3 players on the half way line. Counter attacks from that was zero but it confused the hell out of Shifnal as it ruined their plans on attacking corners

TV highlights?

At least Alan provides them for Charlotte games.
Just waiting for the lad filming it on his iPhone to upload it...

Amazingly despite Tier 9 of English football being a similar, if not better, standard as the MLS no huge TV deal. Its a scandal really

Gotta get on the phone with Apple, they'll broadcast any league with enough money. ;)

How many times do people need to see Tim Ream fail in the Prem??

You need to work on your initialisms, Kenny 😜

More than deserved lead for Fulham they have been excellent. Palhinha has looked good too.

My only desire in life is for us to finish ahead of Marco Silva.

FFS @ one of my commentary pet peeves.

Hitting the bar isn't "unlucky", it's inaccurate. Less inaccurate than putting the ball in Row Z but still.
