To add to comments on the previous thread:

Bolla, Gomes and Campana all played in a decent goalless draw away at champs Young Boys last week. Bolla looked to be playing RWB in a 3-4-3, as in the opening game, but seemed to be part of a back 5 as they came under pressure late on. Campana was subbed after 67 minues and Gomes picked up a yellow.

Vinagre played 78 minutes of Sporting's 3-0 win last night and played a part in the counter-attack putting Santos through with a quick pass who then squared it to Paulinho for a tap-in. Pedro Goncalves got the other two.

Nothing with Samuels yet. Has been linked to Oldham but he's still here for now.

Oh and Oskar Buur is still on loan at Grasshoppers, but I think they've put him in a cupboard somewhere and forgotten about him.

Was at Grasshoppers last season and got injured right near the end, broke his foot. Don't think he's recovered yet so we can't send him back out (assuming that's what we want to do).

Sheff Wed on Sky at 5.30 so hopefully a chance to see Corbs in action

Sounds like Giles is having a good game, one assist and another 2 where sitters have been missed

Campana is an interesting one. Didn’t do that bad when he got the chance to play last season in Portugal from what I can tell was just injured most of the time. He’ll probably do quite well at Grasshopper then be interesting if we bring him into the squad

Just had a check and never made it off the bench in a 0-0, very early though as he can only have linked up with them last week as was away with Canada. Looks like they have a decent team for the level bar Callum Paterson as main striker.

Toti makes it 3-1!

Just done watching Sarkic keep a clean sheet for Birmingham, although I don't recall any instances of Sheffield forcing him to do anything amazing.
