Man Utd 0-1 Wolves: Verdict and Vic burnt his backside thread.

I don't think anyone was saying he didn't do well when he came on and contributed enormously, I think it was more the case of people thinking he was the 'second coming' or the attitude that we can safely rest Raul, who lets face it is underperforming, as we have an instant successor, based on a 14 minute cameo.

Fabio had a decent 10-15 minutes. The first time in a long time that he's shown anything. He needs to keep showing that level over a few similar opportunities before we can say that he's worthy of a bigger opportunity in the PL. A good showing in the FA Cup, should he get the chance, will go a long way to helping him get more PL game time hopefully.

If only players could pause the game and take a quick peek from the tele angle then weigh up all possible outcomes before deciding whether to make a challenge or not...

There's an article in the athletic about 'scanning' on the pitch and how it benefits players which does touch on this. Mad how quick they process stuff.

Sam Johnstone likes this.

Bit late on the verdict. On the 30th I was involved in fire at work and subsequently ended up in hospital (still am). My family managed to get me an Ipad into hospital for me to watch the game on sky sports.
I wasn't expecting too much but what a fantastic performance!
Outstanding from pretty much every player on the night. Even the subs were decent.
The one concern for me is Raul. He is regressing a bit. I do think he needs a match off. This weekend would be perfect for that.

Bloody brilliant result. Come on me babbies!

Bloody hell mate, hope your OK ?
12 per cent burns. Mostly right leg and arse cheek and hands. Frightened me a bit if I'm honest. Had the grafting op yesterday and the doc is happy with how it went. I feel a hundred times better although I'm on a morphine pump.
I should be able to start physio next week hopefully.

Thanks for asking Paul.
