Anybody had a go at this? I'm playing through the free trial with Profit Accumulator at the moment.
I will know what my first weeks profits are after the matches on Sunday.

I know it will not be a vast amount of money but I also can see you are not gambling - you will always make some profit.
Just doing it for a bit of fun really but extra pocket money never goes amiss!

I did it for a couple of months a few years ago when I was between jobs. I used OddsMonkey IIRC.

It gets a lot harder when all the new customer offers dry up, and you're signed up to pretty much every bookmaker.

I did make £3.5k profit in a fairly short space of time (about 6-8 weeks) though. I made my own spreadsheet inputting every bet and P&L so I could track it all.

Ooh, I like the sound of that. I guess last week of the season isn't the best time to start though.

Plus you'll likely get better sign up offers near the start of the season.

First weeks profit £99.18. That was for about 70 minutes of my time on the computer.
Really pleased.

Just to update. I’ve hardly spent any time on this (Two hours a week max).
Just coming to end of the sign up offers. Just doing reloads now. Nothing complicated.

Profit in four months is £780.

I’m only doing bits now and making about £20 per week.

I‘ll probably finish when I reach £1000 and say thank you very much.

That's the thing with it, it can get time consuming and tedious if you keep going at it once you get past the initial offers and eventually you will get gubbed as the bookies review your accounts, I had a good two years at it (I went the long route where didn't try to maximise every offer/free bet but were happy to make 60% or so rather then 80-90% which raises the red flags, and was making a solid €50 a week but based on the time it was taking wasn't the most productive, so wasn't too upset when in 1 month Paddy Power, Betfred, Betway, Quinn and 1 more all (don't know if was a coincidence) put me on the naughty boy step.

Bar one account because of arbing I think I'm banned from all online bookies in the UK and most abroad. The unregulated foreign ones are really risky to use anyway and can close accounts with no notice and getting your money back can prove impossible. Bookies very quickly learn when you're betting out of turn.
Problem with the barring is that if I do fancy the odd bet [and I've never really been much of a punter], then I struggle to place it other than on my SkyBet account and that's really locked down and limited.

Yeah you do need to keep one "clean" account (bet365 for me) for that.
My skybet is not blocked but when it comes to betting on promotions like boosted odds the stake is limited, so would only be a matter of time if I kept at it

That's exactly what my SkyBet is like. Most boosts are limited to 50p or £1!

Went on to SkyBet today and had a bet on Lage to be first PL manager to go. Surprisingly he was about a third of the way down the list and on offer at 12/1. SkyBet limited me to a £4.17 bet!

Just over six months in. £1625 profit.
Looking forward to the World Cup!

I've bought a carpet for the front room, a PC monitor, a lovely antique mirror, a day out in the box v Brighton, and lots of currys!
I keep thinking I'll finish soon but those offers keep on popping into my inbox and I have to do them!

Nice one. Which service did you sign up with? Did you stick with Profit Accumulator?

Congratulations, HW. If I might ask (of either of you):
Did you go for the platinum or diamond option, and do you wish you'd picked the other one?
Is a paid service necessary, or could you do this alone?
Also, are you still able to make a reasonable profit (not sure what I mean by that, really; hundred a week or so?) once the new-customer offers have all been used?
Is this truly open-ended or does everyone just end up getting banned?

I also have a question - could a complete noob like me with no clue manage to work it out and make a small amount?
