Middlesbrough (H) build up

You can't invoke the fear and rage of the interweb without telling us that team. :)

That wouldn't surprise me too much.

If Edwards is fit I can also see us squeezing him in on the left and having Coady, Price, McDonald in the middle too.

I don't mind that team too much, would rather have price in middle than Edwards and McD pushed forward.

Edwards will at least press the opposition! Whatever else Dangerous lacks, the one thing he has got and does bring into the team is energy.

Having said that he'll be shoehorned into the team on the left, whilst being half fit and then re-injure himself by half time.....I've woken up in an optimistic mood...

Edwards is needed. Wednesday proved that.
He's downright average in a lot of ways, but sometimes the best team isn't with what we think are the best players.

Afobe has to play up top or not bother.

Harsh on Alf but no real surprise

Shame Price isn't treated with the same respect as Coady.

I can't understand this at all, maybe he's banged Jackett's wife or daughter as its barmy to leave him out for Dave 'Pele' Edwards.

We desperately need pace on the wings so I can understand RvlP and Byrne getting a game, far better than Ojo and poor James Henry couldnt put a cross on a pools coupon at the moment.

Because Price played so well against Derby?

I'd pick Price - don't get me wrong - but at the moment, the first choice XI are letting themselves down. If it means the players on the sidelines get their opportunity, that's fine by me. Not many players can say their place is safe.

As much as the selection is about right (apart from Price's omission) it again makes KJ look like he hasn't got a clue. Byrne goes from zero involvement to suddenly starting, and price being the best player still can't get a game.

No because its a team game and Price helps the team play better.

He didn't on Sunday. As I said before, I'd pick him today but he's not perfect and not undroppable. Too many players are under performing.

Fabbrini got the better of Price at St. Andrews last season. Might be a factor.
