Molineux capacity

Would you prefer a new stadium or happy to redevelop Molineux? The Stadium of light may not have the character of old Roker Park but there is no such problems with queueing, turnstiles and the view is clear from all stands at the Stadium of light

Issue with a new stadium, not really anywhere to put one. 2 of the biggest out of town sites have gone. Our Stadiums location is perfect so no need to move it. There are possibilities to regain land we used to own next the Ground but even without that they can redevelop and get what is required.

I'm not tall, and even I don't have enough leg room in the steve bull.
it's way overdue.

See I'm 6 2" and never remember it being an issue.

Mind you as I said I had a season ticket in there for 2 seasons before moving back into the southbank, which were the two back to back relegation seasons so by the second half of the first and certainly all of the second we had about 20 seats each.

Have been in there a couple of times since though (with full houses) and again don't remember being that bothered.

I do feel sorry for the Steve Bull regulars though (more because of the queues) those in the middle who've been there years, not them bandwagon jumpers on either wing. The problem is though not sure they realise when its rebuilt they might get a shiny new stand but they won't be getting their premium views of J4,5,6 back they'll all be corporate.

I had a season ticket right next to the J7 gangway entrance for years and, sun aside, it was a superb view. Don't remember the queues being that bad then either - don't quite understand why it is so much worse these days.

Not if the redevelopment follows the same plans as the current layout and the Stan Cullis, where the boxes and hospitality is hosted on a middle level. Upper tier, corporate level, lower tier. Same as it is now basically, just with extra rows on the upper and lower tiers

You probably had your knees in someone's back, they might have been bothered ha...

Thats an interesting point re queues as said I never remember it being as much of an issue as it is now even when up to full capacity. Does it take longer to get in? Shouldn't it be quicker now with smartcards etc?

Thats probably quite true, that one Villa game (the Robbie Keane late goal one) quite intentionally when it was clear the chap in front was a Villa fan.

To be honest a lot of time especially in the second season I'd just stand up and stand anywhere as there was literally nobody round us in J9.

I remember that horrible Burnley game I was literally running from side to side kicking every ball like a manager would do along the touch line. Had the whole block to myself.

Wasn't how it was proposed the last time we got some actual proposals though,

Can't remember the specifics but think it was something like corporate in their from 150 or so up to 1500 (thats not just across the middle). The actual increase in normal seat capacity was minimal despite it incorporating filling in the corners
