Nottingham Forest 0-4 Wolves: EFL Cup 2nd Round - Verdict Thread

When asked about how patient his side had to be at times, he added: “Patient but not too much. Sometimes we cannot confuse patience with moving the ball slowly.

I really like how he sees the game.

A game of two halves. Never really clicked with any of our chances in the first half. But second half once we scored it felt like every attack was going to result in a goal.

Always enjoy an away day at Forest and great support from Wolves with plenty of fans attending who probably can’t usually get tickets to away games.

So far Lage and his attitude appear to be spot on. That’s 70 attempts in three games, 70! That’s the same as in 12 of our home games last season. So Brunoball is 75% more attacking than Nunoball! I could only watch highlights last night but it could have been 8 ! All we need are a few signings please Jeff!

I like him a lot. I worried this would be Solbakken-esque with a group of players who came in and hd a lot of loyalty for their former manager, but this squad has really taken to him and his style of play. Their togetherness is evident on social media again and it's really brilliant to see.

Thought Podence was really good last night considering how much football he's played.

With Bruno playing these inside forwards he was constantly able to come in to the inside from the left and found some really good positions in the centre, but then linking up and overlapping with Silva and MGW on the right.

He's a really intelligent player and I don't think Nuno's more rigid style always suited him.

That's certainly the role he used to play for Olympiakos, cutting in off the left.

When he is up to match fitness in PL, Podence will be a very useful player.

Official highlights are up.

Really don't like that Podence celebration thing with his hands. Just looks daft.

Fabio really made that second. Great to see him using that new weight
