Summer 2022 Transfer Window

I know there are people on here with low opinions of Guedes; but it’s a transfer that makes sense, in that he can play centrally while Raul is out (although Hwang looked ok there yesterday?) but can also cover the wide areas for when Raul returns and one of Podence/MGW or Neto predictably get injured.

At this point, I’m just desperate for anyone tbf.

I would assume it would be 1 out 2 in, that would still leave us at least 2 players light though

Record.pt saying we've previously enquired about Gonçalo Ramos on loan with an option to buy but Benfica would only let him leave on a permanent deal.

Ramos would be more of an investment in potential whereas I think the club would see Guedes as more of a here-and-now transfer.

Ramos will be the next big transfer out of that league though, if we can get him now before he has a good season and his value skyrockets we'll have done well.
 
We probably need 3 more, I fully expect only 1 if we are lucky.

Looking at yesterday's squad and Bench, losing confidence with Shi, I have no idea what there plan is, we cannot go the season like this it will be a relegation scrap and one I am no overly convinced we can win.

We need signings, and Injuries to our first 11 and we are really screwed, that showed yesterday.
 
I've never seen Guedes, Ramos or Ajorque play, but I want them all! Warm bodies with a pulse have to be better than no bodies at all.

Without sounding rude, do you actually read anybody else’s posts?
 
I think the Ramos ship has already sailed, for us anyway. He's too well known now
 
Everytime I've seen Guedes play he just looks like a shit Jota tribute act. The fact are allegedly spending 75% of what we received for the latter on him depresses me even more than signing no one.
