Summer 2022 Transfer Window

It is a bit quiet on the outgoings front. Cutrone and Leo are still here, as is Adama.
Give me Shi's phone number and I'll make Bonatini to Charlotte happen. Get rid of the waster we currently have up top.

Isn't it Matt Jackson's job to get players shifted that we don't want, or am I misremembering?
Its Matt Jackson's job to find suitable clubs for players we want to loan out.

He's more loans tbf. And we've been a bit better with that lately, we had pretty much all shockers when Seyi was in charge.

No-one wants Cutrone, he keeps going on loan and doing nothing. Leo was an ok Championship forward with a journeyman CV five years ago, God knows what he is now.

Again no-one wants Adama because they've seen him play.

I suspect they'll all leave for free in June.

Possible we terminate Leo's contract before the window closes.

I reckon we're going to end up with Nunes. Fucking scenes of it.

Still won't be able to score a fucking goal though, as I reckon Raul is done, and we'll end up signing Hwang II as his competition

I'm still trying to figure out where the guedes money came from. Collins was paid for, or could have been, out of previous profits.

c.£27m on Guedes seems a lot to spend on one player.

Maybe I'm doing Guedes a disservice, but I'd have rather spent that money on a different kind of forward. Not sure his skillset is that different from Neto and Podence. Does Bruno see him as a second striker? Begs the question who the first striker is, if so

That's what Spiers released from his sycophantic chains said

We should have about £20m+ to spend per year out of the clubs profit. Given we’ve barely spent anything for a while we’ve got a bit to play with.

They’ve also got the fall back of Coady (we hope) and Neves money in the future. There’s also the alternative view that maybe they’ve actually decided to dip their hands in their pocket.

Be interesting where he ends up. Had a 4 year deal on 80k a week on the table. Might end up at a mid table Spanish club on a third of that or back in the championship!

I don't think he's any different either, or even an improvement. It's a really weird way to spend nearly £30m unless you have infinite funds.

Oooooh it's an ITK fight...
I’m just bitter ‘cos he said Ruben had signed a new deal weeks ago and that hasn’t happened either. You can’t play with our emotions like that! 😂

I think it’s a decent point.

I actually wouldn’t be surprised to see us let Podence go if someone fancies giving us £15m for him.

We do have a lot of wide’ish, snall’ish, versatile’ish forward players.

He’d be the pick of the bunch to go for me, as well.
