Aye, those aren't my top 10 albums of all time. Just at various times in my life they've meant a lot or opened up an avenue into following a band/artist.

Like A Prayer (for example) is better than at least three in that list of mine but that isn't the question.

Should stress that my list up top is not at all a total faves list but following the brief. The Saxon and AC/DC albums were bought by my dad for me when I first got a vinyl player, and the Death album which most of you would hate opened my eyes completely to a different type of music (it's epic by the way)

I could have included loads of others. Sad Wings of Destiny or Defenders of the Faith by Priest instantly spring to mind. Angel Witch as well. Plus Black Metal by Venom or Melissa by Mercyful Fate.
