I hate general Christmas stuff being pushed too early, but I'm all for Christmas food. That's all good. Apart from cranberry sauce, sprouts and Christmas pudding. Anyway, to kick things off:

I had this yesterday. Not bad but I'm not sure how Christmasy it really is, despite the festive packaging. The beef's great and while cheese sauce sounds weird, it doesn't really come through that much. I'll give it a 7.

Co-Op did a belter last year and Greggs are generally ok for them (plus Christmas bakes) and we have one in Codsall, so they'll go on the list.

Beef and Yorkshire pudding isn't Christmassy is it it?

And a Christmas thread in November, ppb would've loved it.

It's a Christmas sandwich thread, it's not explicitly festive.

Look, I don't make the rules, they put Christmas stuff all over the box so I'm in now by accident. And you lot need to be if I'm in.

Hey, I'm already on the third pack of German Christmas biscuits, I'm fully in already.

Had Tesco's Turkey and the Trimmings sandwich today. What a rancid thing that is; huge chunks of cold turkey and sausage, with congealed sauce. Horrible. 3/10

Apparently Eat have a Yorkshire burrito (???) consisting of Christmas foods wrapped in a huge Yorkshire pudding. I might give that a go one lunch- does it count as a Christmas sandwich, though?

Swear to God, the worst thing about working in London is the lack of decent Greggs availability.

You've changed - think you 'might' have been one berating PPB for starting it this early :)

Nothing seen down here so far, but then we have only just got up to a BLT in this part of the country!

I'm intrigued enough to do this :icon_lol:

I don't live anywhere near an Eat though, it'll have to wait until I go to Birmingham or something.

There is an EAT just round the corner from the office, might have to investigate this on Monday.

BGreen's effort:

(Note: that is not my coat)

Yeah, it looks poor. That's staying on the shelf.

Tescos are also doing a Christmas trio of sandwiches: Smoked Salmon as a starter, Turkey, then an actual dessert one. I can't remember what exactly the desert one was, but I wasn't tempted enough to actually buy it...

Eat's actual sandwich looks good. £4 is a bit steep though.

I dunno, I don't want dessert for lunch.

Fuck me November 2nd and a Christmas themed thread appears!
