Jim Williams v Wayne Warren in the final. Hope for a decent match but I doubt we are going to see 100 averages either side.
 
Standard has been very good tbf. Warren 4-3 at the moment but a long way to go.
 
I think that could well be the last year. The prize money reductions have been confirmed. Sherrock got more for reaching the third round at the PDC than Warren did for winning the whole BDO tournament. Everything about it is amateur hour. It’s a shame.
 
Lowest prize for the men's winner since Jocky Wilson won in 1989. Not adjusting for inflation obviously.

Fallon Sherrock draws 6-6 with Glen Durrant in the Premier League. That is MIGHTY impressive.
 
Poor game really. Sherrock's scoring was poor but finished well. Durrant's finishing awful, whilst being heavily barracked by the crowd.
 
Van Gerwen was 5-0 up against Rank 98 Jason Lowe and is currently 9-8 down
 
Seems to be the BDO is now dead and buried. Shame that it has came to a sudden end but it has been expected for a few years
 
Grand Slam starting this afternoon. From the Ricoh Arena this year rather than Aldersley (actually was there on Saturday while we were out for a stroll, Covid testing centre is still there but hardly a soul to be seen).
