Ferrari with another top call...

Might get away with after Max went for a spin though

Ferrari's strategy team are rubbish.

That is sensational levels of shit from Ferrari.

Switched it on about 15 minutes ago and totally confused about how they have managed to fuck this up so magnificently.

Interview with Max before the race he said he gets on well with Ferrari...no shock when they keep handing him wins.

Shocker of a call on Leclerc today.

Alonso to Aston on a multi-year deal. I'm not surprised at the outcome, but very much at the speed of it!

Rossi and Otmar have wanted him gone all season. At least it gets Piasti into a decent seat.

Seems like Alpine have conspired to lose Piastri and Alonso. Great effort.

Where is Piastri off?

I know McLaren were sniffing around

McLaren is the big rumour. Seems like they may have found an agreement with him prior to Alpine engaging their option when they found out Alonso was off.

So Ricciardo to Alpine I would guess is the only solution as Lando has just signed a bumper new contract.

I'd be surprised if they took him back after he walked out on them. I can see him going stateside now as he's almost out of any decent option in f1. I was expecting him to fill the Aston void to be honest.

Rumours of Mick replacing Tsunoda, De Vries to Williams and Gio back in at Haas.

With the way McLaren contracts appear to be written going off the Palou/Rosenqvist saga, unless Danny Ric has an F1 only clause in his contract he might spend next year at Arrow McLaren SP or McLaren's new Formula E team.

This sounds like a huge orchestrated stitch up on Alpine between Flavio, Webber, Alonso and Piastri. Flavio manages Fernando and used to manage Webber , who now manages Piastri. Alonso and Webber are also very good mates...

Supposedly Alpine had until 31st July to engage their race seat option on Piastri. They didn't and Alonso kept stum until yesterday on the Aston deal, by which point Alpine have lost them both. Otmar sounds like a beaten man today.

Stroll also had a biblical falling out with Otmar, which is why he was binned out of Aston last year.

Interesting atmosphere at Alpine for the rest the season then

If what Nando says above is true and they didn’t try to do it until 2 August I sense a monster court Barney incoming

McLaren are having the same battle over Palou for Indy next season. Let's see what Piastri comes out with.
