Not really much point having any time off. Won’t change the spread in the community, and as we’ve seen, players are still loving life in the community.

Everyone is being regularly tested. Play as many games as you can. The games that are having to be cancelled then there will have to be a contingency plan. But no point adding to the fixture pile up by cancelling all games regardless of circumstance.

The wiggle room is getting very tight especially for the clubs still in Europe. It’s fast approaching forfeited games or U23 completing the cup games.
The weather could seriously hamper some fixtures this weekend to.
 
However their league games vs Spurs and Everton are in doubt. And they're already two games behind most teams (City which was supposed to be the opening day but the former got an extra week off, and Newcastle when they had a load of cases).
 
Will the league have to start giving the 3 points to teams who are not at fault in the event of covid cancelled matches?
 
Just watched the Wimbledon documentary on BTSport. Not an original thought, but John Fashanu is such a prick, complete and utter psychopath

Following the latest round of mandated Covid-19 tests, the EFL can confirm that 3507 players and Club staff from 66 EFL Clubs were tested over the course of the past week with 112 individuals testing positive.

Looks like the lower tiers of he football season will be null & void very soon. Northern Premier for example has teams who have only played 8 games and no more games until 6th March at least, they will have to fit 30 or so games into 2 months.
