Not really, you would think they have been preparing for a while now and as we were already down to host a semi and the final I don't see how that changes.

Logistically it might be interesting which is why I can see the PL allowing fans in for the last game as a test run.

Decision is being made early April.

All countries involved have to give detailed plans Inc fans being allowed in.
I think some in the media have got ahead if themselves as right now UEFA's stance is still to have the Tournament cross numerous Cities but *might* change to 1 country once all the data try require is in.

With news they may move a weekend of games to midweek to coincide with Step 3 that gives the PL 2 rounds of games with fans. FA Cup Final will have fans and even before Step 3 some events will be used as tests, with the FL pushing for the League Cup Final to be one.
A good one to use would also be the FL Trophy. They have 2 Finals being played over a weekend so almost like a Tournament situation.

Pneumonia is what Covid causes. Covid is just the virus, like flu which causes respiratory inflammation - Pneumonia.
