Oh dear. Morrissey has gotten all butt-hurt after being sent up in the latest Simpsons episode.

Just reading that and ended up marveling at how rough he looks these days and that he really shouldn't dress the way he does at his age as he just looks stupid. Then stumbled up on the spat with Robert Smith and had a quick peek at how he looks these days...

I just watched it. It's pretty funny and spot on, though to be fair to him they do go in pretty hard at the end, portraying him as a fat racist who has changed his mind and now eats meat.

Oh and Cumberbatch is really good as Morrissey. Occasionally he goes a bit Liverpudlian in his accent, but his singing is really good.

Snabba Cash on Netflix is ace. No idea how to describe it, but it’s really really good.

It looks decent, added to the watchlist. Quien Mato a Sara looks decent as well, and The Valhalla Murders.

Started Mare of Easttown last night and turned it off halfway through, dull as fuck.

Went back and finished the first episode of Easttown, ending was highly predictable but it may pick up from there. I’ll give the second episode a chance when it comes out.

Just watched S1 of the Disney+ series Genius, on Albert Einstein's life.

Pretty interesting and very well acted by Geoffrey Rush and the other guy who played the younger version of him.

Snabba Cash on Netflix is ace. No idea how to describe it, but it’s really really good.

Watched the trailer for this, to get some idea about it, and one of the comments underneath was from a Swedish person who said that in some cases the subtitles bore no resemblance to what was actually being said.

Subtitles aren't supposed to be a direct translation. The film is adapted to work in a different language with written text.

Yes, Netflix are usually excellent at subtitles. Think they’ve even set up a specific department to ensure the context is kept correct.

I get what you're saying, but it has promise now that Ep2 blurred the lines of who the good/bad guys are and what everyone's end-game might be.
