If you use that 'one cal' spray oil on your parsnips I find they slide off the plate in to the bin a hell of a lot easier !

I have to use mild chilli powder now as I can't eat hot food anymore. The missus and mom don't do hot foods either, so the hot spices were binned a long time ago.

Tasted fine, but still haven't managed to get the presentation right - wouldn't be good enough for a restaurent, but then it's only me looking at it so what the hell.

The addition of the pepper gave it much more flavour - mouth is now just cooling down

Not cooking tonight so it's an Indian delivery for me. Not sure what though, might try something that I've never had, for a change.

Last couple of times I've had an Indian takeaway, instead of a curry I've had some sort of tandoori mixed grill instead, made a pleasant change.
